We want to thank all of our customers and supporters with their generosity throughout this whirlwind of a time. 


 

As advised by the government, we have closed our doors.
Our main priority throughout has always been the safety of our customers and our staff, and we hope that you will all take on the advice of social distancing and self isolation so we can get through this. 

 

Therefore, this is not a good bye but a see you soon! 



EMAILS
We will do our best to respond to emails periodically but please be aware that we may not be able to deal with your requests immediately.

RESERVATIONS
If you have a reservation with us during the period of government closure, this will be cancelled for you. You do not need to do anything and of course no cancellation charges will apply. When we re-open we will call any bookings to see if they still wish to join us.

DEPOSITS
If you had a deposit with us for an event that cannot take place, rest assured that this will be moved to another date of your choice, or refunded to you at the earliest opportunity. 

GIFTCARDS
If you have a gift card with us that expires whilst we are closed, rest assured that we will be allowing a twelve month extension on the expiry date. There is nothing you need to do with the gift card you have. Please keep it and it will automatically be extended. 

We appreciate your patience during this incredibly difficult time.

We look forward to opening our doors to you all once again, when it is advised to do so.
