This refined cocktail by Bar Manager Ed was a finalist in the 2019 prestigious Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition.
Named after The Field Marshal of the French Armed Forces who was captured in the Battle of Blenheim. He was incarcerated in our very building for 8 years where he found wild, inedible celery growing nearby. He cultivated it in the garden here, using sophisticated methods never before seen in the UK.
