Known for exploring flavours and techniques, Louisa has developed many skills and abilities from working in numerous Michelin-star restaurants.

You may recognise her from this year's Great British Menu series, where she was the only woman to compete in the Central Regions heats, making it through to the final two chefs at the judge's chamber. 

Since her MasterChef success, Louisa has turned her talents to setting up her own private dining business based in Nottingham.
